Case Presentation: A 40-year-old female, visited Dermatology Venereology (DV) outpatient clinic Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital with chief complaints wound on her right ear since 2 weeks ago. The patient was also diagnosed Chiari malformation type 1 had undergone surgery twice. confessed having habit intentionally picking until they were chafed bled when she stressed. as neurotic excoriations, treated potent topical corticostreroid consulted department. Discussion: Neurotic excoriations classified primary disorders. Symptoms usually occurred in depression state. At first only followed poor compliance management. Therefore keep manipulating lesions outcome not satisfactory because underlying disease has been well treated. After convinced see psychiatrist regularly, accompanied by good applying corticosteroid cream, result satisfactory. Conclusion: psychocutaneous need approach.
